Tracy Walters

Tracy Walters is known on the Islands as "Mr. Lister." Tracy specializes in all phases of Island real estate, including homes, condominiums, lots, commercial properties, and business sales.  Being a former owner of a variety of businesses, Tracy has sold a tremendous amount of businesses.  He does the majority of commercial real estate on Sanibel and Captiva.  Because Tracy knows the Islands so well, there is a high comfort level in what he does.  He knows the city, the ordinances, how it works, how we want to keep the Islands and what it stands for.  Being a boater, he knows the waterway system, he can answer questions on just about any subject.

Connie Walters

Connie Walters is known on the islands as "Ms Lister." Connie specializes in Island real estate, including homes, condominiums and lots.  Being a former owner of variety of businesses, Connie with her team can assist in a variety of businesses.  She knows the Island so well and is dedicated in keeping the Islands for what it stands for.  She has experience in boating, so if you are looking for a canal front home, she can assist you with the waterways.

Kristine Heilman

Kristine Heilman is originally from North Eastern Pennsylvania and was brought up in the hospitality industry. Superior customer service skills and client relation skills have always been a part of her daily life. Raised as a part-time Floridian through family-owned vacation properties and second homes she developed a passion for the area and a love for the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

To local residents and business persons Kris is a familiar face with fresh ideas as she has been specializing in Sanibel and Captiva Island Real Estate since her relocation to Southwest Florida in 2004. Through much encouragement from residents, peers and community participants Kris has decided to move outside of her current position as Director of Administration into a position where she can use her talents to serve her peers and community best.

A U.S. Army Veteran with a background in administration, Kris' natural attention to detail provides the confidence and trust that clients are seeking when looking to an agent to guide them through the real estate process. “It is my goal to provide the best service to my clients. I want them to feel confident in their choices. I want to insure that they find exactly what they are looking for. I will work diligently with buyers and sellers to guide them through the entire process.

Kristine is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Board of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and she is also a Notary Public. In her free time Kristine is an active volunteer at the Alliance for the Arts, prospective member of the Fort Myers Junior League, enjoys painting, sculpting and the outdoors.
