Tracy Walters

Tracy is known on the Islands as "Mr. Lister", specializing in all phases of Island real estate, including homes, condominiums, lots, commercial and business sales.  Being a former owner of a variety of businesses, Tracy has sold a tremendous amount of businesses.  He does the majority of commercial real estate on Sanibel and Captiva.  Because Tracy knows the Islands so well, there is a high comfort level in what he does.  He knows the city, the ordinances, how it works, how we want to keep the Islands and what it stands for.  Being a boater, he knows the waterway system, he can answer questions on just about any subject.

Connie Walters

Connie is known on the islands as "Ms Lister," specializing in Island real estate, including homes, condominiums and lots.  Being a former owner of variety of businesses, Connie with her team can assist in a variety of businesses.  She knows the Island so well and is dedicated in keeping the Islands for what it stands for.  She has experience in boating, so if you are looking for a canal front home, she can assist you with the waterways.

Barbara Hall

Barbara Hall and her family bought an interval ownership at Tortuga Beach Club on Sanibel Island in 1981.  After vacationing here every year for fourteen years, the decision was made to retire and move to Paradise.  In 1995, Barbara gave up her real estate career in Atlanta, and she and her husband, Kearney, purchased a home on Sanibel, moving here with their youngest son, Ryan.

Prior to moving to the Island, Barbara was a Realtor with Buckhead Brokers, Inc. in Atlanta, GA where she was a multi-million dollar producer year after year.  In her first year as Realtor, she became a member of the Million Dollar Club and won numerous monthly awards in her office and with the company. Retirement lasted only one year. Barbara got her Florida Real Estate License and soon after, met Tracy Walters (MR. LISTER) and became friends. She missed her real estate career and Tracy needed an Assistant.  Barbara and Tracy have been working together since December, 1996.

Barbara and Tracy are true real estate professionals.  Their sales have continued to increase year after year.  The last two years, 2000 and 2001, Tracy and Barbara have sold over $45,000,000 in real estate.  They work hard to sell their listings for their Sellers, and they work hard to find the right property for their Buyers.
